Default Super Ride or Super Flex?

I have a 1999 XJ and I want to get a RE 3.5" lift with full leafs. What are the differences or benefits to the these different lifts? Also where is the best place to get one? Online or local shop? Thanks.

If you have a local shop it'll prolly be cheaper. At least thats what I found when I was gonna buy a RE lift. But I ended up going with the RC 4.5...

The main differences between the two are the Super Flex has a super flex joint on one end of the LCA (lower control arm) and has quick disconnects for the sway bar. The Super Ride kit has rubber bushings on both ends of the LCA and solid sway bar links. I would shop around online for price, 4x4 Rockshop usually has free shipping on most products and their customer service is great.

For what its worth, I weighed those two options myself when I was shopping for my lift. I decided that, while it is a daily driver, I knew I'd be upgrading to quick disconnects if I bought the Super Ride kit, and the flex joints on the LCAs don't affect driveability with the swaybar connected, they merely lack the sound-dampening qualities of the Super Ride kit. So I chose the Super Flex kit with full leaf packs, and I've had no regrets in a year and half.

I have heard in different places that the Superflex will result in a slightly taller stance than the superride, I dont know if this is true or not of course

I had the same question, and I decided to go with the SuperFlex
