i think i finally found the right lift for my jeep to start out with. RE 3.5" lift but am not sure if that will be the perfect lift for my jeep. i have a 2000 xj bone stock and i am open to all suggestions for a good lift for my jeep. and i was also wondering if you guys think i could fit 32x12.5's on there or if 32's in general would fit nicely. great appreciate it guys thanks
well the perfect lift for your jeep will depend on how you plan on using it! strictly off road extreme? trail runner streetable? daily driver might go off road some day? mall pounder all street?
ya man depends on how you are planning to use it. i have a 3" on mine with 31's they fit but they rub a little too. i would think you could get 32's under it with 3.5" but you may rub a bit too

I've heard that RE lifts tend to run a little higher than what they say...I.E. A 3.5 inch RE lift has been known to run 4-4.5 inches. So, I believe your 32s would fit jsut fine with this lift. I ran a Rusty's 4.5 inch lift with 32s for 2.5 years and the tires fit fine, including at full stuff on the front tires while 4wheeling.

You can run 32's on the RE 3.5 lift, it will end up being around 4.25"-4.5" after install. Also make sure you get a .75" coil spacer for the front to level it out. Also you might have to trim a little but probably not much.

32x12.50 will have rubbing issues unless your rims have some backspacing, probably at least 3.75 offset. Then you'll probably need to trim the fenders cause they'll stick out the wheel wells a little. you can probably run 32x10.50 on stock wheels with little or no trimming.

4 in backspacing will help the tires clear the inner wall of the wheel wells, but you will need to trim the fenders because the tires will be sticking out of the fenders, so any flex will bring the fenders right down on the tires. you might be able to adjust your bump stops so that the fenders stop before they hit the tires.
