Exclamation Sudden Loss Of Power 01 XJ

Hello everyone first post on here!

So here's my jeep I have a 2001 xj sport, stock everything except lift and tires with 190k on the motor and trans.

The issue started just about 2 weeks ago and what happens is when I am driving on the highway over about 55mph my jeep will just drop rmps out of nowhere all the way down to idle and even if I move the gas pedal the rpms might bounce a couple of times but then nothing at all pedal all the way or all the way up rpms are at idle then I just coast to the side of the road then once I stop the jeep will shake like its running on half the cylinders and then die sometimes it starts again if it won't then I have to disconnect the battery for a couple of mins then reattach and it then it starts like nothing ever happened and I drive fine until it happens again. I think it only happens when my jeep temp is over 200 degrees if that helps find a solution and if I keep my jeep under 55mph it also doesn't happen at least hasn't yet.

Does anyone have any ideas? I'm lost here
