2004 sudden engine sudden power loss

My 2001 4.0 Just did the same thing. It turned out to be the CPS sensor. The computer never threw a code nor did the check engine light come on. I got a new CPS at O'reillys with a life time warranty for $41.00 bucks. Jeep Runs great again.
