Default Such a thing as a warped intake manifold?

I recently purchased a 98 XJ sport with 4.0. I found an intake leak at the head using brake cleaner, near cylinders 5 and 6. I went to replace the intake/exhaust manifold gasket, and found a couple of the bolts to be under-torqued. So I replaced the gasket with one from Doug Thorley, since I have their header. Today I hosed the intake down again to check for leaks, and it appears at cylinder 5, the intake is leaking still. Can my intake be warped?

Not a common issue at all.
