or i drilled a new hole and put a rubber gromet in the newly drilled hole, Then i ran it under the kick panel/door jam trim all the way to where it was under the back seat then i ran it under the plastic to where i mounted my amp

Good point, i missed that.

And your inline fuse can NOT be more than 16" away from the battery. I recommend 6"-8"

Mine came with one installed but mine goes under the seat and through a hole down in the floor, and it runs through the frame, and up into the engine bay.

you can just drill it into the seat:

or you can mount it where your spare tire is suppose to go(if you have one fancy fitting spares):

or like posted above. The factory location is under the drivers seat.

Don't forget to route your power, ground, and remote wires on the opposite side of the Jeep from your RCA wires or you will pick up interference in your speakers. I know it as alternator whine.

Good advice, Although all mine are wrapped in the same zip tied strand from kick panel all the way back to the amp: power, RCA, Signal, and Controller.

Ground you want as short as possible. Alot of people use a spot under the rear seat, I used it when mine was mounted on the back of the seat, i use a bolt location that held the factory spare tire carrier on.

All of my amp wiring is 1 gauge wire.

and all of my under the hood wiring is 2/0.
