Stuttering/stalling around 3.5k Rev's

Stuttering/stalling around 3.5k Rev's
I recently noticed that when I try to accelerate quickly or when I reach a certain speed (usually around 65-70 MPH), my 96 Cherokee Country stutters and momentarily stalls. It's really annoying when I'm trying to get on the freeway or pass someone. I know she can do better than this 
Anyone ever experienced this? Know what it could be and/or how to fix it?
