Default stupid trackbar / need help

i am in the middle of my lift and trying to remove the track bar. i have removed the bolt from the axle and removed the nut from where it mounts to the frame up top. i have beat the crap out of it and used a ball joint seperator. any advice. it seems like it should fall down right out of the hole. it is holding me up now

I had no issues when I replaced mine. I hit the TB mount with a 3lbs. sledge a couple times and it fell right out. I also smacked the top of the TB at the axle end and fell out as well.

Try using a pickle-fork. Works every time for me. You can rent one at most auto-parts stores if you don't have it.

X2 on the pickle fork. mine was stubborn to take off, so i just used a hammer to get the fork on the bolt as far as it would go and put some weight on it. beat the hell out of my knee on the garage floor, but it worked.

Take two hammers and hit it on both sides at the same time. Never used a pickle fork never needed to. Wear saftey glasses any time you hammer anything!!!!
