Stupid electrical windows
I am having a few issues with all but one window control. Non of my window controls work but my driver side panel. I can open/close all windows from that panel but cant open/close them on any of the other doors. any suggestions? everything else work on the doors but the window controls. i did get some speakers and a car alarm installed.

unplug it if its faulty you may move the switch but get nothin at the doors, not sure if it breaks the power when on or off so i would say unplug it try it if they still dont work then jump the holes on the plug together then try it. or test one side with a test light then flip the switch and see if it lights up or goes out if it does the switch is working and you have a broken wire somewhere. Make sure if you are using a test light you test that way on both wires.

The alarm Install...did they stop working right after? The window control module is on the pass side by the fuse box (also where alarm connections would be made) they may have pulled a ground or hot off the module and is not allowing it to work.

might check your fuses see if they are all there. and if they are right. then check the wires on the inside of the door panels
also check the connectors under the kick panels by your feet

Electrical problems happen because of miswiring and adding/damage of components. I would def check this out. It is hard to find an electrical problem when you are traceing someone elses work. Alarms are not as complicated as people think. Check for ground hot and acc locations. Follow them from the alarm brain and see where they go, It is possible to find vehicle alarm wiring diagrams online or purchase one from an install shop. I do belive that this is the problem. All it takes is a little juice being pulled from the wrong wire and your left with no windows.

This is a common problem among cherokees. Mine does it intermittently and I have an alarm. My friends cherokee does it at all times without an alarm. When I was test driving others before I bought mine two of them had that problem. It has something to do with the drivers side switch. You can override it by taking the drivers side kick panel off and locate the wire harness with the yellow, black and I believe brown wires and jumper two of them together. I know there's a thread either here or on NAXJA forum on how to fix it with pictures too. Try searching here first. I hope this helps.

I would not use a paper clip, I used shielded wire, but this is how to fix it if the switch took a crap.

Mine had this problem until the other day. Just made a jumper out of a piece of wire about 3 inches long and they work like new everytime now.
