are you talking about acceleration stumble? or something different? iv never heard of that but i have of acceleration stumble

three things that you can do to try and fix it from what i understand is
clean throttle body and idle air control
tune up fresh plugs, wires, cap, rotor
possibly check the throttle position sensor

Don't forget dirty injectors. Pretty common cause when they get old.

Mine was doing that so I threw in a set of 5.0 injectors ui rebuilt. Bow its nice and snappy.
