hi everyone im in a bit of a pickle here. today i was going over and cleaning my 01 xj sport to get ready to sell and i went to check the 4wd and put it in 4hi (i have the np231) i felt nothing in 4hi so i stopped put my tranny in neutral then my TC in neutral and went down to 4lo. there was what felt like a lot of grinding/slipping and i heard an almost buzzing noise. when i tried to shift back evrything just got worse and everything is now in neutral and the car wont go anywhere (i had some help pushing it back into my driveway) the TC shifter now feels like it is connected to nothing and just moves around freely and having no effect on anything. is this just a linkage problem or am i screwed? thanks
