Default Stuck in Central America, Need Advice...

I have a 1989 4.0L 5 speed manual 4x4.
The syptoms are a high idle that will sometimes return to normal after tapping the accel pedal. And twice the Jeep would start fine and then stall regardless of throttle input.

The first time this stall issue occured I removed and cleaned the IAC which was gummed up pretty good. I also cleaned the throttle body fairly well using throttle body cleaner and this fixed the stall issue but the idle would still stick at various high idle speeds.
I replaced the IAC and the problem remains.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I am in a remote spot tough to get parts and I dont want to be wrong again as I am having the parts flown in! Thanks a bunch!

TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) - It's that other (other than the IAC) electrical component mounted to your throttle body.
