I recently purchased this 2000 XJ and found that the supply line fitting was leaking. I did about a quarter turn with a wrench and it came off easier than I thought. Turns out that the threads inside the tranny are about half gone. I have the new part but I can't thread it in all the way. It'll just start to spin before it gets to the little O-ring. Any ideas on what to do here?
