Default Strange wobble

Its not the death wobble[ at least I dont think so].No wobble when driving straight or after bumps. After making a turn as,the wheel returns to center[straight] its got a bad wobble.I cannot feel it at any other time. She still goes down the road perfectly straight.Nothing looks bent or out of place.I am stumped!!!

Yea. I have gone through the basics.First thing I did was rotate the tires, thought maybe a bent rim. Made no difference. There is nothing loose in the front and nothing bent[at least to the naked eye].This is my first xj,but I have had alot of other cars and trucks and never anything like this.It almost reminds of a bent tierod in the older GM cars. When you turned the wheel hard there was a wobble.this only wobbles when you let the steering straighten out after a turn.?????

Wouldnt that be a constant wobble vibration?Or felt more.I can only feel it when I let the wheel straighten after a turn.I did check them and didnt notice any warpage.
