Default Strange Water Leak

Every time it rains I'm getting a mysterious water leak on my driver side floor board. It seams to be wettest closest to the door. All of my weather stripping looks good which I why I'm so confused. Anybody ever have this problem on their XJ?

I have a 2001 XJ Sport, only has 67k on it and has been garaged much of its life.

The easiest way to find where it is coming from is either with a garden hose or a Gas station style car wash. Places to look for leaks on the drivers side would include the top corner of the windshield seal, the door seal, and lastly holes in the floor .

The drivers side top corner leaked on mine so I sealed it with some clear silicone. Works like a charm and you can remove it if/when you have to install new glass.

I had a Wrangler before my XJ and the AC condenser drain was notorious for clogging up and leaking into the cab. Thanks for the advice you guys, I'll let you know how it works out.
