strange spot for relay

there is a relay between my battery and fuse and relay box, anyone know what this relay is for? the relay is connected to a bracket and screwed on to another bracket and it has the wire harness plugged into it.

could be, it did hav holes in the stock bumper and connecters in the grille when i bought it. wires were shot so i took all that stuff out. but the relay wire harness looks to be stock,all wired in to the stock jeep wire harness. i think ill get a pic of it later today.
