Tested the ground. It was a complete circuit from the sensor to the battery with about 300 ohms of resistance. It was dropping resistances about 3 ohms ever second from close to 600 ohms and I stopped holding when it was about 300.

I think I may have found the problem but now I need advice on how to fix it. The problem has steadily been getting worse until today. Took a right hand corner a bit too fast and heard a fast repetitive banging. Get underneath the jeep when I get home and find that the forward o2 sensor is a half circle instead of a round sensor and the drive shaft yoke has fresh steel exposed. So something is shifting on corners and the o2 sensor is getting beat to death.
What do you think needs replaced?

Just as an update for anyone that runs across this in the future. Replacing the o2 sensor fixed the bogging a short time after hot starts. I still haven't figured out when my front axle is shifted to the passenger side a bit. The drive shaft hitting the o2 sensor appears to have been fixed by two changes.
1) I loosened the down pipe on both ends and twisted it and pushed it as close to the oil pan as i could manage.
2) I changed the Bosch o2 that was beat to crap with an NTK unit. The Bosch sensor was about twice the diameter of the NTK sensor just compounding my other issues.
I still occasionally have an issue with it trying to die when coming to a stop but that is likely an issue with the IAC and I am waiting to replace until i can justify the OEM part.
