So I've been getting a really strange sound coming from somewhere in the steering system. I am only able to notice it when at a stop or at low coasting speeds, never when I'm up at normal driving speeds.

It's a fast, repetitive clunky type sound and you can feel it in the steering wheel. What's odd is that it doesn't make the noise/feel all the way around when turning the wheel, but more at a specific point, and if I hold the steering wheel at the specific point it will keep making that sound as long as I hold it there. If I move the steering wheel even just a little, the noise goes away.

I can really only hear/feel it from inside the vehicle, and am having a hard time diagnosing it under the hood or at the steering box. Does this sound at all familiar to anyone else? I tried to get a video of it, but it's so quiet that you can't really hear it over the noise of the vehicle.

Almost forgot. 1999 Jeep XJ, 4.0L, 4x4, and I've replaced the entire steering system after the pitman arm. (all tie rods, tie rod ends, drag link, etc...)
