I bought my jeep about a month ago and a few strange electrical issues have cropped up. The first, when I was driving in the rain on the motorway, the horn came on by itself and before I could find a way to disable it, it had burned itself out. On Friday, driving from work in the snow - I had a car full and used the rear door to put some things in the boot too so every door was opened at one stage - the interior light would not go out even after I had switched off and locked the car. I've removed all the bulbs to prevent the battery dying. Then tonight, again, driving in the snow, I noticed a beeping coming from behind the left rear indicator when I was indicating right. I've never heard the beeping noise before so it baffles me what this beeper is even there for in the first place all I can assume is that it was maybe a reverse alert at some stage(?) It doesn't beep when indicating left, only right and it is in time with the indicator.

Other than these things, all other electrics are working as they should.

It's becoming apparent that my car has some electrical issues maybe brought on by the wet. Where should I start my investigations? Anybody have any idea what the beeper is?
