stop steer adjustment bolt

So i broke the bolt off the stop steer adjustment and was wondering whats the best and easiest way to get the rest of the bolt out ive tried every thing minus heating it becuase i dont have a torch..and ideas? and the nut thats welded to the bolt is pretty well mangled to the point where i cant grip it with anything...grrrr

On YJ d-30's the factory would set the bolt depth, tighten the nut , then tack weld the nut to the knuckle.
If all else fails, you should be able to grind off the nut while leaving just enough of the bolt stump to be able to center punch it.
Once you punch it in the exact center, you drill it out starting with a really small drill, then bigger until you can get an easy-out in there.
Hose ti down with PB Fabulous Blaster & tap around the outside of the knuckle right where the stop is located with a small ball peen hammer.
Don't hammer on anything else!
Then try the easy-out.
