Stock Lugs...

Hey, just had a quick question can I use my stock lug nuts from an 89 xj, on these wheels I just got? There crager d-window wheels

Yea, but I would go get single piece lugs. I hate the stock ones with the chrome covers.

x2 the factory ones with the chrome caps always break.

As long as you don't change your studs, most rims will allow you to use factory lugs. But as already stated, better lugs are available, and shouldn't cost you very much.
