I was wondering if any one knew where to get the metal plates that hold them on

I just repair the old ones. I start buy using a grinder and grind the back potion of the stud flat. Then you can knock what's left of the broken stud out of the bracket. You could drill them as well but I found grinding faster. Now I drill out the holes to except a m6 bolt. Now you could just use lock washers on the bolts and bolt them up as it. But trust me it is a total pain and takes forever to tighten the flares up. So I take my mig welder and weld all the bolts to the bracket. Now you have a larger stud then the factory originally put on the bracket and you only have to worry about tightening up a nut on a stud. I normally paint the bracket as well to keep them from rusting further. The new brackets from Chrysler are around 25 bucks each but it adds up real quick as there are 8 of them, 2 per wheel opening Fixing them is about 4 bucks in nuts and bolts and a few hours of time.
