stock driving lights problem
the houseings and bulbs are no longer stock but the wiring is and switch is.
problem is i keep blowing that little 15amp fuse. i tried stickin a 20 in and they stayed on real dim for a min or two. then i heard this weird noise under the dash. found it was a relay of some sort just behind the left dash speaker i assume its for the head lights so i changed that got one from junk yard but has soon as i turn on driving lights they light for half a sec and fuse blows. the wires all look to be in good shape and all connections look good. any advice?

You definitely have a short somewhere. Check the wiring again . Take the bulbs out and try the switch wihout the bulbs. If the fuse blows then that will confirm a short 100 percent. From that point its all visually inspecting from the switch all the way to the point of termination at the lamp.
