Hey guys. I am having much diffuculty figuring what type of wheel options I have for my Cherokee. I want the wheels to have the correct original backspacing and offset. I need to know what the stock backspacing is for a Jeep Cherokee sport.

Does anyone know what the backspacing is?

 

i memory serves, 3.5 inch is stock backspace

 

Most stock XJ wheels are 15x7 with 5.25" of backspacing.

 

stock backspacing for the cherokee is 5.25".
i'm 100% positive as i just replaced my wheels and tires last week and had this discussion with the supplier about my stock wheels.

 

x2 on the 5.25... i have heard both 5.25 and 5.

 

some wheels did have 5" backspace. all alloys are 5.25".

i also added rough country shackles for 40 bucks. adjustable 1 or 2 inch.

 

Aluminum XJ wheels are 5.25" backspacing.
