Stock 1996 XJ Fuel Pump Diameter
Hi!
I recently bought my first XJ, a 1996 Classic.
The tank has just been replaced but the old pump was re-used and it is noisy as hell, it constantly produces a high-pitched noise.
I'm looking at the choice of pumps on Rockauto and I see some claim to have a 2" diameter while others are 1.5".
Is the diameter critical? Which one did you get for your 1996?
