I ordered new bumper end caps because the po cut the plastic below the oe fog lights and tow hooks and looked pretty bad. I went to put the new end caps on and got to looking at the tow hooks and brackets themselves. Can anyone tell me if these tow hooks and brackets are stock. Brackets appear to be aluminum and tow hooks say "Max Load 10000 lbs." Sorry for the poor quality picture..cheap camera phone . Thanks 1997 Sport BTW.
