Jump up and down on the bumper and then get off while it is in motion. If it does more than go down then up then down then the shock is worn out.

that sounds exactly like a driveshaft vibration. There's nothing else back there that could cause that if your tires and whatnot are balanced. Shocks maybe but they wouldn't cause it all the time. sounds like rotational speed of the driveshaft at 60-75 is the resonant frequency and thus you notice it way more at that speed. I'd recommend taking your driveshaft out and at least looking at it to see if it has a weight on it or if its dented.

does it have a weight on it? my money is still on the rear driveshaft.

other than that all you can do is check your differential and rear brakes

jack up the rear end(both sides), take both wheels off and remove the drums, make sure everything is installed right and turn both hubs to make sure there aren't any weird noises when you turn them. then take the diff cover off(good excuse to change your diff fluid) and inspect all the gears and make sure everything looks normal.

The diff I really don't want to mess with I'm not very experianced. I may need new breaks cuz there's a grinding noise while breaking.

Its easier than changing oil, you just take the differential cover off and make sure the gears and everything are ok. and if its grinding then you'll wanna replace your brakes ASAP or ur gonna need new rotors up front

shouldn't be much, the fluid costs all of $20 if you get the most expensive stuff and it takes like 15 minutes to do.
