It ran for 15-20 mins and never got any hotter just sitting in the drive way. I took it for a quick spin down the road and back right before the pic. The coolant was lower after the drive.

No, but I ran wires from the battery to the fan and the fan works.

The ac does not kick on when I turn it on. I haven't messed with it yet, as this is the longest it has ran since I've had it.

Fill the bottle back up to full, you still have air in there most likely.

Thats why it was lower when you drove it. When hot it should be OVER the full mark, if you have it at full when it is cold.

BTW, if your a/c compressor clutch does not lock up to turn your compressor; your aux fan will not come on. So if you are low on 134 your e fan wont kick on. (if you are talking about the fan coming on when using a/c)

Just jump power from the bat and ground it to the block and test the fan.

Could be a bad temp sensor. Even new, some are bad.

The air bubble issue was on our 93, not my 88 with the closed sys. :P

Also for some reason, our e fan doesnt click on either, even with new temp sensors and checking the wiring, so, being lazy, hard wired the efan to a switch that we flick on if it ever gets up to 210, which it does in summer.

Gotta make sure that fan works or it will over heat while sitting and idling or if the weather is a million degrees like it can get in cali. Plus hard wiring our efan helps for desert trails in the summer when we want it on at idle at all times.
