stiff and loud shifting, any suggestions?

my jeep did the same thing when the clutch fluid was low and it went away when i put more in it. But you said that you checked yours so you might just invest in a new clutch???

but yours is automatic or std, would it make a difference where it is located.

have you tried double clutching? does it do the same thing? My old caravan was doing the same thing and thats how I had to shift it, but only from 3rd to 2nd, so I think it must the syncros.
