My 96 has power door locks but has trouble unlocking all the doors. Like it will do it halfway and I have to hit the switch many times and just have to use the key. I tried spraying lubricant around the locks but don’t know if I got it in the right spot. Does anybody know how to fix the power door locks.

My 95 did the same thing, Winter time was the worse.
Its the lock mechanism's themselves that are the issue. the old grease/lubricant has gotten old and sticky/stiff and doesn't do its job anymore.

Push the lock buttons. Do they feel stiff? Does it take a bit of force to lock/unlock them? Then you'll need to really clean the door latches out and re-lube. Just spraying some WD40 (or similar) is not enough.
If they move freely, you likely have a power issue at the solenoids. Since you have the panel off (to clean the latches) measure the voltage drop at the solenoid when activate them. Also check the voltage at the back of the switch. If the voltage drop is too large, the solenoids won't have enough oomph to lock/unlock. You can apply 12v direct to the solenoid(s) and see how well they work. They do weaken with age and use.
Of course, your could have a combination of all of the above.

I have used a liberal spraying of the white lithium grease inside the door latch/striker area in the door and remove the black factory plugs (at least on the front doors) for better access. The white lithium usually comes in a stray can with a straw to spay where you want it.
It is possible that it can be helpful to clean some of the old lubricant off with Brakleen before applying the new white lithium grease.
The other option is to remove the door panel and possibly the lock mech, in the door and give it a good parts washer bath and clean, before re-lubing and reassembly.
Good Luck!
