Steering wheel cover -- 1995 cherokee

Steering wheel cover -- 1995 cherokee
I'm trying to change the multi function switch on my jeep. To do so I need to remove the bottom steering wheel cover. A philips head does not fit, and I'm reading that it is a torx screw. Is this the case, and does anyone know exactly which size torx bit fits?
