Thanks guys, this is what I have been looking for. xjjeepthing, I think I will try your solid zj v8 tie rod. I have been afraid of reeming but may eventually try this if I can't get my steering issues taken care of.

No I read some where that the Rugged Ridge set up wont fit with certin wheels... Is that true? I am ready to buy but I am afraid to have issues with my wheels hitting them.

Ya that is the down side. Stock wheels won't clear it.....

Well I don't have stock wheels but I do have 15's. They willbe replaced soo but I need to fix this steering thing first. And clue what makes them hit the stock wheels?

The larger Tie rod ends, they make contact right where the tire and rim meet. I'm running 15" Soft 8's(steel wheels) with 4" back space and they clear just fine..

Damn it now I need to figure out if they will hit these junk wheels that were on this jeep when I bought it.

Is there any chance you can give me a measurement from the top(bottom) of the ball joint to the mating surface on the mounting point. Or is the ZJ a lot diffrent?

Gota good pic of your rig? Might beable to tell if the rims on your rig are OEM or After Market..

I can get a pic tonight they are after market but the are aluminum and look horrable. Not sure how much clerance I will need.

yes.

im running 4.25" BS and clear 1-ton ends fine.

Ok installed my RR set up today. Much better then stock. Fit with my hoopty wheels and everything. I also installed a Tera flex adj track bar (since I was screwed by a fellow Jeeper) . Rides ok I need to hit the freeway to see if the DW is gone.
