steering tight after replaceing gear box

? I was very pleased, at least once tightening one up a tad. Also I've had that not work. There certainly IS a procedure. My 90 has gotten a bit loose, do you have any suggestions?

This was a reman steering box brand new. Ad they set the lash to tight. It was hard to steer it. And I backed it off not tightened it.
