Steering stabilizer needed?
I am currently up in the air on weather or not to buy the stock ZJ tie-rod and drag link or if I should buy one of the heavy duty ones.
I was just wondering if having a steering stabilizer is needed for 33's as a daily driver?
The last one I had was the Rusty's offroad HD steering setup and the steering stabilizer attached to it with ubolts and it moved all over the place. So if it helps that much I want something that it attaches to permanently and wont slide around.

I know there are guys out there that think if you have set up you steering correctly..i.e. Drag link and track bar a parallel for the most part and all rod ends are good and their is absolutely nothing loose in ur steering setup ...then you don't need steering stabilizers and probably won't experience Death wobble... thats kinda true...i had mine setup up without stabilizers forever. But if your going fast enough and hit a pot hole for instance, hard enough you'll get death wobble no matter how straight and tight your setup is. Stabilizers aren't just a band aid to cover up problematic steering... all 4x4 vehicles come with them stock out of the factory for a reason, they do serve a purpose...BUT... don't put them in just to cover up DW because you lifted your ***** improperly. If you don't want to use them u better make sure your steering is setup correctly or you might find out what DW feels like at 75 mph or more in traffic LOL!!!
