Default Steering screach

So after installing 4 new ball joints when my steering kept screaching like there was a dry socket, it is still making the noise. It sounds like a dry ungreased socket somewhere- but they are all full of grease and some new. It only does it when I turn the wheel. I dont have to be driving- it does it even if I am parked and turn the wheel.

Power steering?

any ideas?

THanks

Hows the power steering fluid? It could be low.

The fluid is full- never had a leak. Is it possible that the steering box or pump is having an issue due to the larger tires? They are only 31's?
