Ok. I have a 00 xj sport with about 4 inches of lift. 3.5 re super ride kit. I do not have a death wobble issue. I just still have a bit of play in my steering. Ill put it like this. I can wobble the wheel left and right and my tires wont move.
So far i have replaced the following
BDS adjustable track bar
Brand new tie rod ends (zj rod)
Brand new drag links
Brand new steering stabilizer
Brand new BDS sway bar end links
Brand new steering box
Brand new rotors and pads
Just had alignment done
Recently i have had quite a bit of belt squealing and chirping. Ive been told my steering pump is going out. Let me know what else i need to check

 

Play in the steering box. You can adjust it but it's easy to go too far. Best bet would be a reman box.

 

Sounds like it could be your steering gearbox. Good time to upgrade to a 99 durango v8 steering box. Ive got one on mine and love it.
