steering coulmn
Remove the 13mm-headed bolt at the steering knuckle under the hood.
Remove the under-dash plastic covers.
Remove the two (may be three, depends on year) 13mm-headed bolts where the column meets the firewall.
Remove the two 13mm (may be 15mm)-headed bolts that attach the column to the dash framework.
Lower the column carefully and unplug the ignition switch connectors, unplug the multifunction switch connector, and release the shiftlock linkage.
Remove column.
Have fun and be careful.

Make sure you unhook the battery or pull the fuse for the air bag if yours has one. I don't think the 92s had them though. Just wanted to warn you just in case.
