Steering Box Reinforcement Plate. Woth It?

Kinda dissapointed with jcr. had to drill out the 4th bolt hole a little cause someone did a sloppy job lining up the spacers to the plate when welding.
just sayin, took extra time on an already slightly frustrating project because of autozone renting the wrong tool to my gf and not having parts I needed.

All of our spacers are assembled and welded in jigs. This has been something we have seen on 96-down XJ's from time to time. It seems to be hit or miss. 87-89 and 96 seem to be the worst years for random differences in the unibody. Let us know if you have any questions or need any help! 269-353-1184.

I had a little trouble lining up the C-Rok kit on the upper steering box hole on my 89 too. No big deal. I figured it was just what brimy said, and made it work.
