Default Steering box play cause DW, or alignment?

My second thread today, yikes! Anyways, I just finished up the RC 4.5" lift on my 93 cherokee sport. I drove the truck stock for a few weeks, and noticed minor wobble on highway bumps. Nothing too bad at all, plus it had bad shocks, so i figured i'd chalk it up to shocks.

Put the lift on, and checked everything out. Replaced LCA's, shocks, springs, steering stabilizer, and adjusted some play out of the steering box (way loose). I did a quick over of the balljoints and the tie rod ends, and found no play. Threw a 4WD track bar on there for good measure too. Post lift, the steering wheel is 90 degrees off, and the truck has some wobble when you hit a bump at speed. Do you guys think its alighment related, or could the 200k mile steering box be the culprit.

Also, is a durango box worthwhile on 31's/32's? Its like $100 more than an XJ box so if its not gonna help im not doing it.
