Default Steering.

If i adjust the steering tube on the tie rod to move my steering wheel, will that effect my toe and stuff like that

yes, the tie rod will adjust your toe in. you don't want to do that.

you want to adjust the sleeve on the drag link. the one right by the pitman arm. that will center your steering wheel.
