Default Stearing problems.

Alright so my 2000 xj has a 4 1/2 inch lift.
(Sorry for the long story in advance, lot to explain)
I got a new front bumper so I had to replace the 3 on the driver side going into the steering gear box. Being crappy bolts ( I didn't know) they broke while I was driving. The gear box dropped down pulling out the shaft from the steering column. Luckily I was able to get it to the side of the road, got it towed to my house on a flat bed got new grade 8 bolts put the shaft back in, checked to make sure the spacer wasn't cracked or anything and bolted it back together. My dumb self wasn't paying attention to where my steering wheel was when I did so it was upside down. I was tired and frustrated so I took it to sears ( because I had a one year free alignment). Told them what happened they tried fixing it, nothing. They even pulled apart the pivment arm to see if somehow something got knocked out of place.
When they were done the steering wheel was crooked right side up though. So I took it to another alignment shop explained everything to them they worked on it for 2 days, completely removed everything from the rods to the steering wheel and put it back together. Thought it was fixed steering wheel was centered and didn't pull.
The week after that it slowly started pulling to the right and my steering wheel is tilted to the left.
And that's how she sits right now.
So I've decided to make an appointment with 4wheel parts for them to do an inspection.
Any suggestions would be extremely helpful
Thank you

Shaft has splines on it. It is probably not correctly aligned. Make sure the holes in the drivers side of the bumper are filed out and the steering box bolts are not sitting on any kind of an angle. That will cause the bolts to break.
