when you pull the iac off,plug the electrical connecter back in it and look to see where the pintle plunger is, then turn the key on,(no start) and see if the pintle moves in, if it doesnt its bad,also look at the hole it goes into and see if its all carboned up,if that is, use throttle body cleaner to clean it out. use an old toothbrush. i think you can run it to clean out the throttle body its self.

That's what I figured...im gonna clean my tb and iac tomorrow...ill let y'all know how it goes
