Default Starting problem

Alright I have a 1991 Cherokee an I replaced the starter and it still don't fire up. I hear the fuel pump go on each time I turn the key but when I go to start it nothing. Not even clicks. When I start it with a screw driver, it works so I know everything's good there. What else could it be?

Automatic transmission? Possibly a bad neutral safety switch. Try starting in Neutral or jumpering the switch temporarily. I don't think yours is a Renix being '91? If not there's also a start relay over in the PDC you can try swapping with another. If it is renix there's a start relay over near the battery.
