starting lift kit soon
how do i tell what axles i have? dana 30,35,40 or the 8.25
what other ones are there and what are the best?
for a lift kit i was lookin at a rubricon 3.5 express :

also is there anything i need to know before doing this?? besides spraying down everything with pb blaster?

I have RC and i can tell you, it's great. never had experience with Rubicon Express though.

that kinda dough id go old man emu. They are best ride for the buck and i have never heard one bad word uttered about them.
and if you go with the doestchs they are cheaper off of there site then what they are listed there. and for some reason the last 2 sets of shocks i got from them seem to be an inch shorter than what i was after. (not dt 3000s)

mine is RC 4.5, but it's hybrid. it rides wonderful on the road. the only part that sucks is the shocks. i got the nitro 9000 and then i found out that they suck. if you get the RC kit, try to get the hydro 8000 or 9000.

i think most rc kits come with hydro 8000 shocks.
thanks alot guys for the help. i will be makeing a build thread later on. hopefuly it turns out even 1/2 as decent as what ive seen on here..

just don't panic as soon as something goes wrong. put down the wrench, wipe your hands, pop open a fresh brewski, get in front of the keyboard and ask for some advice. anything that can possibly happen to you, has definitely happened to someone in the forum and they can help you fix it efficiently.
