I would test the resistance across the positive lead to the starter and to the power distribution center. Test the negative to the body and to the block. Test the body from the block to the firewall. Post those resistances.

Your no start issue is a no crank issue. Do you have the wiring diagrams for starting on your vehicle yet? Once we have established that, then we can work out way backward from the starter bad you can see visually what and why.
