starting issues

starting issues
Starter kicks on and off during starting. Then it goes dead. Could it be in the ignition switch? Brand new starter. Not sure where to start looking. I know of the wire from computer to flywheel but not sure how that acts if it goes out.

dead jeep
Now when I turn the key everything goes dead. I've checked cables not sure where to go from there. Any help would be great
