ok, so my water pump took a dive. my belt poped off, and it overheated while trying to find a safe place to pull off the road (only took like a minute). it started up after it cooled down, cuz i had to drive it like 100 feet because the tow truck couldnt turn arround at my house. i replaced it along with a new thermostat. then i tried to start it and it wouldn't turn over. im pretty sure it isn't the battery. i think i just have to reset something, or maybe it is my funky alarm. i have a 92 cherokee briarwood.

 

double check all wires and connections/batter cables.

 

update. i went to check it out some more today, and now the battery is completely drained. went to jump it, and the same deal, turn the key, and wont turn over. is there a fuse or sum thing that i might have to reset?

any ideas?

 

youll have to go through the check list for the no start.....Grab a voltmeter.
