Default Starter Removal

Im trying to remove a starter from a 93 laredo its my friends and my starter has needed alittle persuasion from a hammer a couple times this month. So before it quits im gonna get a used one. I took off the three connections that attach to the solenoid and took out one 13 mill bolt from the bottom of the starter motor but I cant seem to get to the upper mounting bolt any tips or tricks or anything i have to remove?

Thanks in advance
Dan

Mix up some ATF & Acetone 50/50 mix in a old spray bottle and soak a couple time the night before and it should come out easy.

I have done at least 8 on I6's and I4's and even one 2.2L diesel and never had a problem with them if you have to use a swivel or u joint attachment. like these

X2 on the swivel/u joint. If you get one like the last one, through a few winds of tape on it to help steady it a bit..
