I dunno about the AC/Fan problem but you might want to check your TPS (Throttle Position Sensor). My 92 did the same thing. It's located behind the throttle body. held on by 2 torx bolts, try not to break the fastener. I just pulled it off and cleaned it with some carb cleaner, spray/clean inside the area where it sits. It may be dirty. And slap it back on. New TPS are about $30 at Napa Auto. I bought a new one and my ride stalled. I cleaned my old one and put it back on. Problem solved. She's a champ again.
