Whenever i make a turn i hear something squeaking in the front end, does anyone know what would cause that.

 

Possibly sway bar bushings. Lots of things can cause that. Mine has all kinds of squeaks, clanks, clunks, and knocks. I ignore them and turn my music up. As long as nothing is clunking, I wouldn't worry about it too much but it doesn't hurt to give a visual inspection under your front end to make sure everything is where it should be

 

Chirp chirp chirp as you turn? Possibly the front u-joints.

 

Need more info than that. If the squeak matches the rotation of wheels, could be wheel bearing.

 

When I drive my jeep on a cold day the steering wheel squeaks when I turn the wheel. It may be that, but check the front end for anything loose.
